NDIS Supports, done differently
Reliable support that builds confidence, independence, and real-life skills.

Reliable support that builds confidence, independence, and real-life skills.

Our vision is to empower individuals through tailored, high-quality supports that foster independence and personal growth. We are committed to ensuring each participants needs, goals and preferences guild every aspect of our service delivery.
We aim to provide the professionalism and safeguards of a registered provider while maintaining the flexibility and relationship-based approach of an independent service. Wherever possible, we prioritise consistency by pairing participants with compatible support workers to encourage long-term working relationships and minimise unnecessary change.
Ipswich Ability Services primarily works with participants aged 10 to 40, with a strong focus on young people and adults navigating key stages of development. Many of those we support are building independence, managing everyday challenges, or working toward personal and NDIS goals. Our team is passionate about making a genuine difference during these pivotal years, offering tailored support that’s flexible, culturally aware, and responsive to each individual’s circumstances. While this age group is where much of our experience lies, we’re committed to ongoing learning and development to expand the ways we can support others within the NDIS community.
